I mentioned before that I am trying to add some subtle French touches to our wedding & I think these items from Whispering Pines are a perfect find. The zinc bistro place card reminds me so much of Paris where many things are written on chalkboards like menus & prices at the flower market. These place cards are like the item I did not know I needed until I saw them! I think I would use them as table numbers & signage for the escort card/food/dessert/cake/guest book/whatever-else table{s}. And the birds? What can I say. I am a sucker for cute little birds & would use them as part of the centerpieces or as decorative accents as needed on the aforementioned tables.
It's been awhile since I have given any update on our wedding. I like to distract you with pretty things since...there is not much to update! But:
1. I tried on a dress. Yep. Just one. I loved it. I am going to try to keep an open mind & look for others, perhaps even go to a store & try some on. My mom asked if it was exactly what I was looking for & truth be told, I had no idea what I was looking for. It fit. It was pretty. I looked great in it {by the way!}, sooo...
2. Finally, a long weekend where Rich & I are not crazy busy so we can scope out the RI venues we like. We are heavily leaning towards a certain place in Maine, but again...open mind. I am getting antsy. Antsy, I tell you! I want a date please-and-thank-you!
Happy long weekend!

Ooh! I hope you get both these things, they are so pretty!
I got my 3rd Press&Post card today. LOVE. I truly don't know which one is my fave. Thank you Sarah! =)
