I started a little photography project to document the last 365 days of my twenties apltly named 29 & holding. The project sounds a bit more dramatic than it really is. Oh no! I am going turn...30! Gaaah!! No, no. Quite simply I have been looking for a way, or rather, a motivator, to take more daily photos of my life that do not involve my letterpress work...or my dogs, & to get better at taking photos.
In this space I feel compelled to write something with every photo, as most of them do need some sort of description or explaining, but I love the idea of posting just a photo, no words. So 29 & holding will be just that. Funny. In "real life" I love to talk. If you ever meet me in person, & my family & friends will agree, I will talk your face off. I blame my dad.
Turning 30 is something that has never frightened me. I have never had a list of things to do before I turn 30 or thought about where I would be by that age. The only age related deadline I recall making is when my ten-year-old, Barbie-playing self set a deadline of being married by 26 {I got engaged at that age, so I think little Sarah would be satisfied}.
Even if I had made a list of things I had to do before 30 at some point, I am fairly certain everything I am currently doing & have done in life thus far would not be on there...& that is a good thing.
